The computer grades are QFVC=F and QFEV1=A. The FVC grade is F because none of the curves have a
one-second plateau. Notice the curves appear to have only a slightly less than
a one-second plateau, and the curves and FVC values are very repeatable. Therefore, there is reason
to expect that the FVC's represent the subject's maximal effort -- thus the
revised grades of QFVC=B and QFEV1=A.
